1. Open project in Agisoft Metashape Pro 2. Before running alignment convert image GPS projections. Under references tab, use calculator icon, convert projection to UTM, convert "Yaw Pitch Roll" to "Omega Phi Kappa" 3. Export referenes as .txt , choose lcoation and rotation. Edit to fix UTM long values ( for some reason UTM long value 3645479.987143 becomes 13645479.987143 in agisoft) 4. Export cameras as XML, edit Cameras document to remove all bult info on first sensor calibration, manually reformat into thei exact syntax: frame 5472 3648 3634.8400000000001 -10.41 13.81 -0.26314199999999999 0.115081 -0.042307600000000001 -4.6864299999999998e-05 0.00085123399999999998 2019-10-30T10:05:41Z 5. Run photogrammetry processes. 6. Export dense pointcloud for potree a. Export dense point cloud as potree directly from Agisoft, choosing UTM projection (PotreeConverter version 1.6) b. to use newer potree export as LAZ, be sure to calculate offset. In resulting metadata.json file change all offsets as done in step 2, ( for some reason UTM long value 3645479.987143 becomes 13645479.987143 in agisoft) 7. Place all images in same directory as potree file and references.txt file and cameras.xml file. 8. Modify Oriented Image template to point to new filepaths and change titles.
